Welcome to Desert Springs Elementary

 

Our goal is to excite and challenge the young minds of our students.  At Desert Springs you can expect a year of achievement, success, and love of learning.  

 

Parents are the first teachers of children.  Your expertise and experiences are very helpful, and you and your child are very important to us.  Communicating with teachers and staff members helps create an important partnership.  It is this partnership that produces the best results.  When your child knows the high value you place on school, a powerful message is received.  The time you commit, the interest you show, and the support you offer produces valuable returns.  Let's all make a commitment to do whatever it takes to assure a successful year.

 

Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an exciting network of parents and volunteers who would like to invite you to join us in celebrating excellence.  They meet once a month to discuss ways to support our students and staff.  Please check the reader board and newsletters for meeting times.  

 

Desert Springs has a highly dedicated and enthusiastic staff who are looking forward to fostering your child's love of learning and preparing them for the opportunities and challenges they will encounter today and in their future.  We are excited for another outstanding year as the Desert Springs Scorpions!
